UA Record simplifies your personal health data with fitness tracking tools, connects you to your digital community and keeps you synced with your fitness goals at all times.

Features include motion and GPS activity tracking, individual workout analysis, and progress snapshots (including steps, sleep, how many calories you’ve worked off, heart rate and weight).

You can even invite up to 20 friends within your network to compete in customised health and fitness challenges that can be organised daily, weekly or monthly (such as workout count, total distance covered, total number of steps taken, or calories burned).

Durex spreads the message: ‘Turn off to Turn on’

The world’s leading sexual wellbeing brand has released an honest yet moving video with couples discussing how technology has affected their relationship. Durex is reminding us that improving our sexual relationships could be as easy as turning off our phones or tablets…

A survey conducted found that 40% of participants had delayed sex because of technology, and a third had answered their phones during sex (!). See the video here:

In response, Durex have created a smartphone app that synchronises our phones to sleep together, so we can too. At agreed times or by spontaneous agreement, the app will simply mask your phones’ home screen, removing all distractions.

TomTom GPS Sport Watches track real time information including time, distance, pace, speed, heart rate and calories burnt during an activity.
