These NZ Real Health eye pillows are filled with a combination of dried lavender, flaxseed and buckwheat. Removable and washable cover. Handmade in New Zealand.
Lavender is used in aromatherapy to help relieve stress and tension by providing a sense of calmness when inhaled. Place the pillow across the eyes when resting, relaxing, while doing restorative yoga or during svasana.
It can be used as-is, or placed in the refrigerator prior to use (please note: not to be used as a heat pack).
