Green smoothies are a great way of adding more vegetables into your diet which we all know is important (and which some of us struggle to do!). This Pure Green Smoothie is easy to make, yet is highly nutritious.
– 2 sticks of celery
– 1/2 medium cucumber
– Small handful Spinach
– 30 ml fresh wheatgrass or 1 tspn Essential Organic Wheatgrass
Put all ingredients through your slow processing juicer. Add powder (if using Essential Organic Wheatgrass) to your glass and shake.
