Meadow Fresh Greek Centres yoghurt

greek centresThe Greek Centres range is the latest innovation from Meadow Fresh; Greek style yoghurt with generous fruity centres you can mix through.

The 175g single-serve pottles are low in fat, a natural source of protein and calcium, and contain no artificial colours or preservatives.

We road tested all the flavours at NZ Real Health and loved the Pina Colada. You can really taste the fruit and the Greek-style yoghurt is thick and feels a little luxurious… Delish on its own as a dessert, a middle of the day treat or as part of a decadent breakfast.

Available in four exotic flavours – Tropical Pina Colada, Coconut, Blueberry and Passionfruit & Vanilla – for RRP $2.99 each. Find them at all supermarkets as well as selected convenience stores nationwide.

Venerdi Organic Sourdough ‘Brown, no added yeast’ bread

venerdiA rich sourdough toast bread, Venerdi Organic Sourdough is a great choice for people who have allergies or intolerances to gluten, wheat, dairy or soy – ingredients which are often found in the vast majority of breads on supermarket shelves.

We road tested it with poached eggs for breakfast and found it to be a delicious option for toasting in the morning. The bread is leavened by the sourdough process; brown rice flour is fermented with the sourdough overnight before making up a significant portion of the final dough which is then mixed, tinned and left to rise prior to baking.

Available at selected supermarkets and specialty food stores nationwide for RRP $7.99 (600g).
