Some give the appearance of being healthy, but when you pay close attention to the ingredients list they can be full of sugar and added nasties. And unfortunately the healthy options can sometimes be just plain boring when it comes to flavours!
We’ve often bought nut bars in the past, but I’m so excited that Nice & Natural have brought out a new range of healthier Protein Nut Bars.
With a base of chia, pumpkin and sunflower seeds combined with other delicious ingredients, these nut bars come in three varieties so delish you won’t believe they are healthy and free from added artificial colours or flavours:
- Cranberry, Goji Berry & Quinoa
- Salted Caramel
- Dark Chocolate & Cacao
Great for family lunchbox fillers and easy to keep a few on hand in the car glovebox, work desk or handbag for those emergency situations (a good idea if you often find yourself buying chocolate bars or chips when you’re looking for an energy hit while out and about!).
